The Ecological Imagination of Hayao Miyazaki

2021 hand-bound book

A book adaptation of Isaac Yeun’s article “The Ecological Imagination of Hayao Miyazaki” which explores how Miyazaki’s films seek to emphasise Japan’s historical ecological issues. This book uses physical and digital typography in order to illuminate the conflict explored by both the article and Miyazaki between organic and man-made matter.
